Link-in-Bio Funnel & Value-Per-Click Calculator (Stan Store)

Determine the monetary value per profile click, lead capture rate, and digital product sales generated from your link in bio.

Link-in-bio click value: how to calculate EPC

The earnings per click (EPC) of a link in bio is the monthly revenue attributed to the link divided by its clicks. The tool starts from profile visits, applies the link click-through rate, splits clicks between three buttons (lead magnet, digital product, sales call) and adds up what each one earns. With the default values, 35,000 visits produce 2,275 clicks and about €2.92 per click.

Step-by-step calculation

  • Clicks = profile visits × link click-through rate.
  • Button 1: clicks × button share × opt-in rate × estimated value of an email.
  • Button 2: clicks × share × purchase rate × product price.
  • Button 3: clicks × share × booking rate × closing rate × offer price.
  • EPC = total revenue ÷ clicks; value per visitor = total revenue ÷ visits.

Each step is rounded to a whole number.

Example with the default values

35,000 visits × 6.5% = 2,275 clicks. Lead magnet: 45% of clicks = 1,024, of which 38% sign up = 389 emails × €3.50 = €1,361.50. €47 product: 796 clicks × 4.5% = 36 sales = €1,692. Calls: 455 clicks × 2.2% = 10 bookings, 25% closed = 3 clients × €1,200 = €3,600. Total: €6,653.50 per month, i.e. €2.92 per click and €0.19 per profile visit.

Limits

  • The tool does not check that the three shares add up to 100%; above that, clicks are counted twice.
  • On small volumes rounding matters: 2.5 clients become 3, adding €1,200.
  • Revenue is gross, before platform commission (Stan Store, Beacons, Gumroad), payment fees and refunds.
  • The value of an email is your own assumption.
  • The 3-8% click benchmark shown by the tool is a common order of magnitude, not a sourced figure.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I calculate the value of a link-in-bio click?

Divide the monthly revenue coming from the link (sales, signed calls, value of collected emails) by the month's clicks. With €6,653.50 for 2,275 clicks, EPC is €2.92. Spread over 35,000 profile visits, each visit is worth €0.19.

What click-through rate should a bio link reach?

The tool shows a benchmark of 3% to 8% of profile visitors, a common but unsourced order of magnitude. The rate mostly depends on the bio's call to action and on how your videos point to the link. Going from 5% to 6.5% on 35,000 visits adds 525 clicks a month.

How do I estimate the value of a newsletter subscriber?

Divide the revenue your emails generated over 12 months by the number of active subscribers. The tool uses €3.50 per subscriber by default, so 389 sign-ups are worth €1,361.50. If you do not sell by email yet, keep the value low so EPC is not inflated.

Should a Linktree or Stan Store page have one button or several?

Every extra button splits the clicks: the tool shares 100% of clicks between three buttons according to your percentages. An expensive offer with few clicks can earn more than a cheap product, like the 3 clients at €1,200 (€3,600) versus 36 sales at €47 (€1,692) in the example. Make sure your three shares total 100%.
